On Game Days, typically Friday but also occurs on Thursday, evenings, students should remain on campus after school.

Students will:

• Secure their uniform and instrument

• Load the equipment trailer

• Load the buses

• Perform at the Game

• Return to HHHS

• Garment Bag with Uniform

• Band Shorts

• Red Compression Shirt

• Long Black Socks

• Marching Shoes

• Full Water Jug w/Koozie

• Flip Folder w/Lyre

• Instrument

No. Visitors (family or friends) are not allowed into the stands where the band is located.

Students are not allowed to accept any food or drinks from family or friends while at the football game unless specifically approved by the Band Director.

Tickets for Home Games can be purchased before arriving to the stadium through https://www.killeenisd.org/page/tickets.

Tickets can also be purchased from the school and upon arrival at the stadium.

The time the Band is released after a football game varies. The time variation is due to the location the football game is played (home or away) and the duration of the actual game.

Students are encouraged to inform their parents (text/call) on their way back to the high school. Additionally, the band directors will post the expected time of arrival (ETA) on the Band app.
